It seems that with the advent of the Longhorn Television Network, they've moved to the head of the table and call the shots in the Big 12. One of the main points of contention for Nebraska and Colorado was the uneven split in revenue, which caused realignment ripples throughout most of the Division I conferences. The Red River Shootout has been a rivalry I've watched, since birth. In Oklahoma, this is the marquis matchup of the year. Texas boasts one of the best programs for football, basketball and baseball. The football team has struggled in recent years, but things are looking up.

I've never really been a fan of Miami football, mainly because I'm not a fan of the trash talking. One can look at the number of NFL superstars that have run through the "U" and there is no denying that they have been one of the premiere programs in the country.

Recently signing up for Netflix, I was able to go back and watch many of ESPN's 30 For 30 Documentaries. The "U" Part 1 & Part 2 are excellent looks at everything that went on behind-the-scenes during the 80s, 90s and 00s. Most people do not take into account the backgrounds of the individual student athletes that receive scholarships. I still might not like watching the team play on the field, but I definitely have a deeper understanding and appreciation for the things that many of their athletes have had to endure to get where they are today.

I will readily admit that I have a Love/Hate relationship with the Clemson Tigers. It seems to me that every year, they come right out of the gates and win a lot of football games, only to go on a losing streak at the end of the season. Just once, I would love the Tigers to finish the season strong and make it to a major BCS or CFP bowl scenario. They don't wear the Purple uniforms very often, but it's one of my favorite combos in college football.

The natural rivalry that they have had with the South Carolina Gamecocks is one of the best in the country and the matchups always seem to get a bit testy. The iconic nickname for their stadium is "Death Valley" and carries such an ominous distinction. Clemson has strong competition from Florida State, South Carolina and Georgia Tech are main rivals.

No one can deny the amazing legacy that is Florida State Seminoles football. Every year, the team seems to reload with amazing prospects that are destined for the NFL Draft. Due to the fact that there are so many hats and styles to choose from, I've created this post, as a way to showcase all of them. The hats that will appear in the ACC section of the NCAA Page definitely will be modified, for brevity's sake. If I were to list every single ACC cap available, I think Google would give me the boot. If you are an FSU fan, this is the spot for you. All New Era hats in one tidy spot.

I know I'm not the only one out there that enjoys a good FSU drubbing from time-to-time. Florida State has been considered the torchbearer of ACC Football for the better part of a decade, but in the last few years, is beginning to see some stiff competition from the likes of Georgia Tech, Boston College and now, Duke.
